Direct Billing and Appointment Policies
Making sure you leave our office with a positive experience is our top priority. To ensure there is no miscommunication, please review our office policies regarding cancellations and direct billing for your insurance. For any further questions, please call our office.
Dental Coverage
We can submit and receive primary claims on your behalf. If your primary claims are outstanding by 60 days or more, it becomes the responsibility of the patient to ensure that the outstanding amount is paid. Our team will do our best to help you in the reimbursement of your dental claims.
For patients with secondary coverage, you will need to sign your secondary insurance form for us to deliver on your behalf.
If you have a policy that only pays the member and not the dental office, you will be required to pay for your dental treatment the day of the procedure.
Appointment Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your appointment, we require 2 business days to cancel or change your appointment at no cost. Due to the high demand of Saturday visits, we require notice of a cancelled appointment a full week prior so we can call clients and rearrange weekend schedules if needed.
For missed appointments, there will be a $50.00 fee. Before we can reschedule you for another appointment, this fee must be paid.
We strive to provide the best in dental care. Please help us by calling in advance if anything comes up and you can no longer attend your appointment.
